On one hand close to all the major attractions related to the harbour, World Trade Center, Maremagnum, five minutes walking distance from Las Ramblas. Situated between the old fisherman’s village of the Barceloneta complete with small town squares, local old style markets and little cafes and restaurants on one side and the extremely interesting and fashionable neighbourhoods of the Gothic and the Borne with all the benefits and advantages of a small charming Old World town on the other side, you are surrounded by things to do and see day and night.

Spacious, very sunny, 60 m2 flat is on the third floor in an elevator building. It has been renewed, refurbished and decorated with stylish comfortable and modern furniture. A nice bright spacious living room with two double sofa beds and the most impressive panoramic views of Barcelona. A large comfortable dining area with table and chairs for six. One large bedroom with lots of closet space and two single beds. Complete bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Double glazing and special laminated silence glass in windows. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

Booking fee: 10 euros due to management expenses. Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 55 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not included in the rates. Breakage or damage deposit: 200 euros as a guarantee for the flat (this absolutely must be paid in cash on arrival). The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done. Late arrival fee: Arrivals between 21:00Hs and 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 30.00 euros; Arrivals after 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 50.00 euros. These surcharges must be paid cash on arrival. During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartment may have: a surcharge, a minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%.

Low Season: November 2nd to December 18th, January 5th to February 13th and February 22nd to March 31st.

Normal Season: December 19th to January 4th, February 14th to February 21st and April 1st to November 1st.
