In the historic center of the city, just in the middle of the Barrio Gótico with the narrow and winding streets that makes the Gothic Quarter unique in the world. Close to Plaça Sant Jaume and at walking distance from the most interesting attractions that the city offers: Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, beaches, the Picasso Museum, the Liceo Opera House, the Cathedral, “el Borne” and the central shopping area.

In an old building in the gothic neighbourhood, that once formed part of the old medieval walls of Barcelona; the façade has been recently restored.

Nice studio apartment, ideal for a couple, a young family or a group of friends. Completely renewed and refurbished maintaining the old style with the original ceilings with exposed wooden beams and ancient brick vaults. Third floor with no lift. A nice spacious living area with one sofa bed. A comfortable dining area with table and chairs for four. One bedroom area with a double bed. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

Booking fee: 10 euros due to management expenses. Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 40 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not included in the rates. Breakage or damage deposit: The owner asks for a deposit of 200 euros as a guarantee for the flat (this absolutely must be paid in cash on arrival). The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Late arrival fee: Arrivals after 22:00Hs and Departures before 09:00Hs have to pay a surcharge of 30.00 euros (this surcharges must be paid to the receptionist in cash).

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartment may have: a surcharge, a minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%.

Low Season: November 2nd to December 18th, January 6th to February 13th and February 22nd to March 31st.

Normal Season: December 19th to January 5th, February 14th to February 21st and April 1st to November 1st.
