It is only a 5 minute drive to Homewood and 20 minutes to Squaw Valley from this airy, sunny, cedar-wrapped house in a quiet neighborhood on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. New in 1995, great cabin decor and mountain feel. The open living area of this over 1600 sq. ft. home is on the top floor, with three bedrooms below. This home has a Hot Tub on the lower deck.. We now have 2 Queen beds ,a CA King and a Twin, so we can more comfortably accomodate three couples for ski trips or summer reunions. In the winter months, it's about a 20 minute drive to ski at Squaw Valley or Alpine Ski Resorts, and only 5 minutes to nearby Homewood. There is driveway parking for 2 cars, with an easy level access. We have winter plow service. The house has a reverse floor plan, with the three bedrooms all on the lower level, and the open living area upstairs. This house is perfect for apres-ski dinners, and cozy evening conversations. We have a new 32" flat screen TV in the living area, with a sofa and two loveseats for comforable seating. The kitchen is well-stocked with nice cookware, baking pans, ample glasses and dishes and everything for preparing
