To change your public information log into your owners page, go to Listing Management below this click on "Edit Email address and Contact Information Details. This will take you to Update Contact Information page! This is where you can update your company name, change your phone number or address, just change the text and make sure you click on "Save your Client Information!
The member information is your personal information that no one will see and were we will send any correspondences to you.
The contact information however is public information. If someone is interested in renting your place, this is where they will call or mail payments to. If you are a smaller organization, it is wise to use a PO Box for your contact address.
Any information you put on your listing will be public information and will show up in Internet search so if you don't want your name or phone on the Internet don't put it on your public contact.
You should at least use your first name in your contact information it makes renters feel that they are dealing with a real person.
