The member information is your personal information that no one will ever see. This is were we will send any correspondences to.

The contact information however will be public information. If someone is interested in renting your place, this is where they will call or mail payments to. If you are a smaller organization, it is wise to use a PO Box for your contact address.

Any information you put on your listing will be public information and will show up in a Google or Yahoo search so if you don't want your name or phone on the Internet don't put it on your public contact form.

You should at least use your first name in your contact information it makes renters feel that they are dealing with a real person.
