Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area: Good size bright open-plan lounge/diner with doors to the sunny terrace and garden, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and colour TV, radio/cassette/CD player and a table and 4 chairs. Kitchen area: A modern, quality open plan kitchen area equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Outside: Sunny raised terrace furnished with table and chairs leads to a small mature garden. Communal Areas: Large communal swimming pool open during the summer months situated adjacent to the apartment, serviced with showers and toilets,a pool bar and surrounded by tiled sun-bathing area.
