If you've never seen the river otters dancing on the docks in the middle of the night, you're missing a spectacular event. Blue Heron, Bald Eagles, Canadian Geese and many native & migrating birds & ducks seen daily. Keep an eye out for elk in the area and seals & fish in the water. Walk to the town of Nehalem to and visit the shops and eat out, there are several antique shops to explore.
