Located in West Tisbury this 2 year old cottage is situated in a quiet rural residential neighborhood. Cottage has lots of glass and is very sunny and bright. We are only a 5 minute drive to Long Point Beach known for its beautiful beaches and natural beauty. Just a short walk to Long Point Wildlife Reservation. Our property is 1 mile from the main highway on a paved and private road. Cottage sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms having queen beds plus a sunroom and a fold out sofa if needed. Master bedroom opens to the deck while the 2nd bedroom has its own private entrance.There are two full bathrooms, one being directly off the bedroom with full tub shower bath. Second is off the hall with a shower. Living, dining, and kitchen area are all very open. A private sunroom is just off the living room area. The deck is located on the west side of the house and is a great spot to spend late afternoons. The deck opens to the master bedroom and living room with 2 large sliders. Deck is handicap accessible with a ramp to the lawn. Most cell phones work from the area. This is the ideal rental for a honey moon couple or small family. Centrally located to all island towns, bike paths, and transit system. Enjoy the sea breezes and the sounds of ocean waves from the south shore. On the Vineyard you can relax and enjoy the cottage and beaches. or find lots of entertainment in the local towns.
