At the time, Bob was the local Milk Man; delivering dairy products from the family run Ferguson Dairy located across the street. Bob continues to live in the neighborhood today. In fact, only a short distance from Ferguson House. So if you see him, make sure and say hello. The Browns acquired Ferguson House in 2004 after it had sat vacant for nearly five years. Over the course of 12 months, almost to the day, Ferguson House was completely restored with renovations concluding on November 4, 2005 and opening to the first vacationers that same weekend.
