The living/dining/kitchen area in the main house has 18-foot cathedral ceilings--a great room in every sense of the word!
The Guest house, which has a queen loft bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room below, lies down a short path from the main house.
Viewed from across the living room is the dining room and carpeted loft bedroom. The compact but efficient kitchen is partly visible through the opening in the staircase. The interior is beautifully crafted with solid birch walls, black walnut and driftwood staircase and easy-care painted floors.
The spacious bedroom suite on the lower floor has 10-foot ceilings and room for another double bed or twin cot.
The master medroom has a walk-in closet (which served as a nursery for our kids), stereo sound and a beautiful view.
An enclosed outdoor shower has an opening for a view but don't worry it's totally private! Bench, towel and clothing hooks and room for two.
On the way up to the main house at the top of the 800-foot-long drive, you pass the owners cottage and guesthouse on your left
The kitchen has tiled floors, concrete and Corian countertops and custome birch/walnut cabinets. The butcher block dining table comfortably seats 4 and up to 6 people.

Property DescriptionOur vacation property is located on a secluded, two-acre lot overlooking Cape Cod National Seashore. The main house, which has been featured in a national magazine and two books, enjoys views of sunsets, and even a peek of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown from its rooftop deck. The informal guest house is just down a short trail from the Main house. It has a finely crafted hardwood interior and is perfect for a couple, a small family, or as a "space of our own" for older children.
