This air-conditioned cozy studio boasts nice partial ocean and sunset view. This is an immaculate studio that sleeps 2 adults comfortably, 1 small child ok. It has a full size bed and a hideaway sleeper cot with lots of extra linens. There is a clock radio, color tv, dvd player,digital cable and digital telephone. The free local and long distance ( US only) telephone service will save you money compared to staying in a hotel. It has a kitchnette with full refrigerator, countertop double burner, pots, pans, rice cooker, dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker and heavy duty blender. Also iron, ironing board, broom, and cleaners. The kitchen will save you money and it is all brand new! You may eat on the open lanai with partial ocean view. Great for surfers who can check surf right from the lanai. Hi speed internet access. Parking $8 a day based on availability. Parking is at the Waikiki Resort Hotel next door (outdoor). There is no guest parking at the premises. However, you are only a nice walk to things around Waikiki and the bus only cost $2.00 for adults, $1.00 for kids. You will enjoy visiting because of your proximity to Wakiki beach, and ocean activities, dute free shopping. International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centers, and Ala Moana Shopping Center are in reach. ABC and Food Pantry grocery stores, night life, restaurants and of course live entertainment. The unit is one block to Waikiki beach and less than 25 minutes from the airport. The unit is located at 2450 Koa St. Apt 64. There are fireworks just a stroll away at the Hilton Hawaiian Beach Resort and Spa every Friday night between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Please call or email me with any questions or concerns.
