The cottage is directly on Lake Champlain just a few feet above lake level. If you or the kids like to fish, you can enjoy fishing right off the dock. Missisquoi Bay is home to some of the best bass fishing in Lake Champlain. If fishing isn't your thing, you can just enjoy the water and the views of the farmland across the bay. The Pines is one of 3 cottages we offer for rent that are located directly adjacent to each other. The Pines can accommodate up to eight people. Your summer retreat can be easily reached from many metropolitan areas in the Northeastern U.S. or Southern Quebec- just an hour from Montreal, 4 hours from Boston, or 6 hours from New York City.
