Located just west of "The Y" it is just a short walk to uptown Sedona and local shops and activities. "Barcelona" is a newer home with new, modern furniture and an open airy atmosphere. Enjoy neutral tones, high ceilings and a very open plan. The furniture is fun and relaxed. Flop on the oversized sofa with built in chaise lounge at the ends and put your feet up on the coffee table. The home is appointed with travertine marble floors tiles, travertine bath tiles & bath counters and neutral, textured carpet in the living and bedroom areas. The kitchen is equipped with warm wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The dryer, oven and fireplace operate on natural gas. The home is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and smoke detectors. The entire home has been furnished with everything one may need for a short or long stay. Nothing has been over looked. This home sleeps 4-6 people with split bedrooms. The master suite offers a queen size bed and entertainment center with TV and DVD player. A huge whirlpool style, soaking bathtub awaits the master of the house after a long day's hike. The guest bedroom offers queen size bed and private bath just out side the bedroom door. The guest bedroom and master bedroom both have luggage valets. The third bedroom is actually furnished as a den with sleeper sofa. It has an entertainment center that equipped with a DVD player, TV, and Playstation. There are a few bean bag chairs for the gamer enthusiast. The home has games, cards/poker chips, board games, puzzles and trivia games. There is a set of free weights in the storage closet for upper body work outs. There are a handful of G, PG and Pg-13 rated movies suitable for all ages. Enjoy movies in the TV room, master bedroom or living room. The living room is equipped with a Bose surround sound system. We love our home and invite you to stay. Your well mannered pet is welcome with a $200 non refundable deposit. Please, no smoking inside.
