Home features 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. There is also an additiona cottage for rent (only to main house guests). 2 king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms (All beds are pillowtop mattresses & 4 poster beds). 1 bedroom with 2 spring mattress full size futons and ocean view. The house is furnished with quality furniture, sea grass and mahogany in living and dining room. Master bedroom has 4 poster king bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks and commode and private deck with Ocean View. The two more bedrooms on upper level both have queen poster beds, one has private deck and ocean view and they share a jack and jill bathroom.

On main level, there is a king bedroom, with Tommy Bahama bed, Queen bedroom, and bedroom/office with 2 full futons (spring mattress futons) opens onto ocean view and lanai. There is a full bath on main floor and also an outdoor 1/2 bath.

There is also an attached (by covered stairway) cottage that can be rented out (only to guest in main house) with queen bed, 3/4 bath, kitchen, sofa, chair, tv, kitchen and covered lanai all with ocean view. Quite spacious.

The living room, dining room, kitchen and pool table in front of lava rock gas fireplace are very open floor plan area. Entertain in the fully equipped kitchen with room for many chefs.

There is beach equipment, towels, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, play things, floaties.

There are sheep grazing in the lush pastures. The grounds have banana trees, papaya, grapefruit, orange, lemon and macadamia nut trees.

There is a large koi pond as you enter under the covered portico by front door.

This home has hosted many weddings. Yard and grouds are perfect.
