Property Description

A great location with 1 rental across from the beach and dunes. Great fall rental for fishing striper. Just 200 steps from the ocean and lifegaurd station. The downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and a sunporch large liv room and kitchen. A new bathroom and an outside hot and cold shower when you return from the beach. This is a turnkey rental just bring beach chairs and fishing gear. Beach badges are provided. Air condition in bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms. The beach house is on a corner lot so there is always an ocean breeze. On site parking and a outside gas grill is provided. The Brigantine tennis courts are in walking distance. A childrens park is 1/2 mile away. The Borgata and Harrahs Casino are just 2 miles away. The Atlantic City Boardwalk is just 5 miles away. Jog the beach to the Atlantic City Jetty and watch the fishing boats in the channel. There is great surf fishing or just fish off of the Jetty. Walk the beach to an outside bar with music and great food on 14th street at the Brigantine Hotel. Stay here instead of the casinos!!
