For summer we have bikes in the garage because house is right around the corner from bike trails leading to Pope beach / Camp Richardson. Big Backyard with firepit, picnic tables, horse shoe pit, and Gas BBQ, and hot tub. Backyard also has wooden play structure, and assorted outdoor play equipment. We keep a Cooler, Thermos, Towels,Umbrellas, just about everything you need to take on your picnic to the beach which is just a mile away. You can park in the two car garage. The driveway will fit 4 cars. In the winter we keep sleds in the garage. Just 5-10 minutes from Heavenly, and 30 from Sierra at Tahoe. Ten minutes from Casinos. Flat driveway, No icy hills to drive down! The grocery store is only two minutes away. All you need to do is show up, and we've taken care of the rest!
