When most of us think of Palm Springs, we think of mid-century modern architecture, palm trees, mountain views, golf courses, pools  and spas. Well, this Canyon Country Club vacation rental delivers all of  the above in a luxury package. The picture of the back yard (pic 2),  is even reminiscent of a 50's Palm Springs post card. While the  architecture and setting take you back to an earlier time, the house  is appointed with the latest technology, including iPod-adaptable clock radios and brand new Sony TVs, DVD and VCRs. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental has over 3,000 sq ft and is Palm Springs personified! The master suite has a King size bed, a stainless-steel ceiling fan, two nightstands, a six-drawer chest and a 55" high definition Sony TV with DVD/VCR and DVR. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered seating area in  the backyard. The master suite also has a large walk-in closet across  from a vanity. The private master bathroom has duel sinks, a bathtub/ shower and a sliding glass door that opens to a cozy sitting area by a  fountain and lemon tree (See Picture at bottom of page).   The second bedroom is also a private suite with a King size bed, stainless- steel ceiling fan, two nightstands, dresser, 27" Sony TV with DVD player.  The bedroom has sliding glass doors which open to the private pool  and spa with panoramic mountain views. The private bathroom uses  Ann Sacks tile in its stall shower. The bathroom also has a pedestal sink.   The third bedroom also has a King size bed, stainless-steel ceiling fan,  two nightstands, dresser, and 27" Sony TV with DVD player. Like the  other bedrooms, this bedroom has sliding glass doors which allow in  plenty of Palm Springs sunshine. The fourth bedroom has a Queen- size bed, stainless-steel ceiling fan, 2 end tables, and home-office  features including a desk, chair, computer and high-speed Internet.   The spacious, open living and dining area includes a comfortable L-shape couch with room for 15 that is adjacent to a marble fireplace. The area has 16" x 16" limestone tile and a wall of sliding glass doors that open  to the backyard with panoramic mountain views. The dining room has a  modern light fixture, glass rectangular table and six plush leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances including,  a five-burner cooktop, double oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher,  icemaker, blender, trash compacter, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster.   Adjacent to the
