This house is light, bright, and decorated with a total nautical flair. The emphasis here is the lake. This house is located in a no-wake cove - you don't have to worry about large waves or a lot of boat traffic.

Outside: Large patio on the lake side of the house with plenty of room to grill, eat, or just hang out. We have a nice charcoal grill , loungers, adirondack chairs and a 15' canoe. 10 x 28' slip with lift in the covered dock - plus a large swim platform.

Inside: The living room has comfortable new furniture and a great view of the patio and lake. There is a 27" TV with satellite and a DVD player. The two bedrooms both have wardrobes for hanging and shelf storage space and full-sized beds with fresh, clean bedding. The compact but fully equipped kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, electric stove and adjoining dining area. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, bake and cookware, full silverware place settings, dishes and glasses for your use.

Relax and enjoy this gorgeous setting with family and friends at this outstanding location. This house is just minutes away from restaurants and shopping by land or by water. In the cove there are boat, jet ski and pontoon rentals along with a gas dock. This home is very clean and we think you will love it as much as we do.

Maximum occupancy is four adults. This house is eight properties away from our three bedroom Bill & Ruby's House, so if you need additional beds consider renting both homes in the same neighborhood.

Boat trailer parking is available at the property.
