It is situated on .25 acres with a gorgeous view of the distant tree lined valley. It is 30 minutes to skiing at Snow Valley and Big Bear Lake ski resorts and 1.5 hrs from Los Angeles. It is a 3 story house which consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the bottom floor. . . 1 bdrm with king bed & 1 bdrm with 2 twin beds . Middle floor. . . Living room with fireplace, kitchen with commercial appliances for the gourmet traveler, dining room with gorgeous tree top view as well as a partially enclosed deck off the back of the house, 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds & 1 bedroom with a queen bed. . . the upper level is a Loft with a queen bed, bar and game room with a gorgeous pool table! Lake Arrowhead is in the San Bernardino mountains east of Los Angeles and is at an altitude of 5,100 ft. and is a private lake. It was known as the "Hollywood getaway" for many movie stars starting from the 1920's and continues to host the like to this day in the expansive chateaus that you'll find perched along the lake front. Summer offers beautiful weather, warm water and a chance to enjoy this private lake by waterskiing or a boat ride on the old time riverboat that offers tours of the historic lake and all of it's properties. Winters are magical as the Town center lights up with holiday lights and offers events all season for the family.
