On one side of the house facing the garden there is a rustic porch (128 m2) It is possible to rent the all structure or a single unit. Every apartment has its own private equipped space outside. Two matrimonial bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. Equipment: refrigerator and freezer, 4 hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, percolator, kettle, tea pot, plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and all is needed to cook and eat at home. Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen linens,( the first set ) ***swimming pool towels ( if needed), free use of laundry ( that means we will supply all the detergents), it doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 300,00 to be paid on cash , on the day of the arrival and given back on the departure), final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person. Heating wne it is needed (fall and winter) is forfeited at € 10,00/day) ** the first set of all linens is included in the rent , from the second week we ask an additional fee of € 8,00 per persons.
