This community is for retirees and at least one of the guests must be 55 years of age or older. This is a brand new 1,454 sq ft home, in a brand new resort community: keeping in the "brand new" theme, the home is decorated with brand new island-inspired furniture and accessories. A unique feature of this house is the cascading rock waterfall in its private backyard. The waterfall is surrounded by tropical plants and landscaping that make it a tranquil retreat The spacious master bedroom includes a large window with view of the desert-scaped backyard. The room contains a 4-post queen bed, nightstand and 27" TV. The master bedroom connects to a private bathroom with granite counter tops, tile floors, duel vanity, tiled shower and private toilet area. Through the bathroom, you enter into a large walk-in closet. Like the master bedroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed. It also has two nightstands, a ceiling fan and a tv. The room is next to the second bathroom which has a bathtub/shower combo. If you need to do a little work, this Palm Springs vacation rental has a den/office complete with cushioned rattan chairs, a desk, tables and high-speed Internet. Feel free to close the double doors for privacy. Bring the outdoors in with the spacious living room with large windows that let in plenty of Palm Springs sunshine. The living room theme is tropical as exemplified by its tropical plants, artwork, pillows and area rug. A ceiling fan helps keep the spacious room cool when its warm, and a fireplace helps keep the room warm when its cool. Nestled in a nook is a large wood entertainment center containing a 32" TV, DVD player and stereo system. As you can see from the pictures, this living room is warm, cozy, inviting and meant to be lived in. The rich tile floors lead from the living room into the formal dining room. The room has an elegant and ornate rectangular wood table and four carved wood chairs. Pineapple-shaped chair backs carry the Island-style theme into the room. The elegant ceiling fan, wicker place mats and view of the tropical backyard waterfall complete it. The kitchen offers gourmet cooks plenty of space to create delicious meals that can be shared in the adjacent dining room or granite slab breakfast bar.
