The condo is a first floor unit and is in one of the best locations in the Deauville. It is just South of the main pool/spa area and tennis courts. As you'll see from the pictures, the patio faces north toward these amenities: The bedroom has a King bed, dresser, TV, two night stands and sliding glass door to the sunny patio. The living room has a comfortable queen size sofa/sleeper, a TV, VCR and CD stereo system. French doors open the living room up to the patio which has a table, four chairs and a BBQ. The adjacent dining room has a glass-top table with four wood chairs. The unit also features a full kitchen with dishwasher.
