Ko Olina is the newest country resort on Oahu. This large, peaceful resort has 4 beautiful protected beach lagoons between the marina along the beachwalk to the hotel. The hotel/resort has become the Pro Bowl players “home” while on the island in Feb. The championship golf course and famous pardise cove luau is located here as well. A 5 minute drive from the resort is located the newest town of Kapolei where food, shopping, theme water park and multiplex theaters are located. There are a few condo complexes on the resort. The first was the Ko Olina Fairways in ’95 where we have a second story, 2br2ba condo with lanai overlooking the mountains, sunrise, moonrise, and trade wind breezes. Across the street from the Fairways complex is the newest of all the condos, The Ko Olina Hillside Villas, a 2br2.5ba townhouse, which is convenient to, and views over the pool/jaccuzzi/bbq area. You may possibly be the first to stay at this unit if you book soon. If you need more than one unit, you could get one of each and be able to use both complexes(pools,jaccuzzi, bbq areas) for your convenience.
