Villa Carmen is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is set in its own extensive grounds, high on a hillside and occupies an elevated and tranquil position with magnificent views to the sea, the town of Nerja and to the surrounding countryside.

From the entrance gates, the driveway leads to a colonial style covered patio across which is the principal entrance doorway. The villa is built on several levels and on this entrance level there is a beautiful salon and dining area with separate kitchen. There are 'french windows' along one entire wall of this salon giving access to a huge sun terrace overlooking the garden and ocean vista. Also on this level are two double bedrooms intercommunicating with a luxurious double bathroom incorporating a single bath and sunken double bath lined with mosaic tile. The southernmost bedroom leads into its own private sun conservatory which has uninterrupted views over the ocean.

There are a further 2 double/twin bedrooms and shower-room located on a lower level and another double bedroom with its own private shower-room is on a further level down, close to the pool. This is a very large villa and all 5 bedrooms have ample storage space.

Outside, the terraced garden (yard) leads to a large kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by an extensive patio complete with built in BBQ. The pool is easily accessed by steps leading from the sun terrace.

There are two garages and and parking space for four cars on the driveway.

The town of Nerja is 3-4 km to the east and takes about 7 minutes to drive.
