Our beachside retreat is in a friendly, family oriented 50 unit complex located on the no-drive beach of New Smyrna. We have direct ocean access, just mere steps to Florida's most pristine beach. It is conveniently located directly across from a small shopping center - just a short walk to the grocery, novelty shops and great restaurants. As you can see from the photos, we take great pride and care of our home away from home. Our condo has been recently updated with warm comfortable furnishings to ensure our guests comfort and make them feel at home. It is spacious, sleeping up to five persons comfortably. It is tastefully decorated with bright cheerful colors and offers an open floor plan with all the amenities of home. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is conveniently located on the ground floor. Step out through the sliding glass doors and you are steps to the pool or the beach. Take in the sunrise on your private ground floor patio, where you can sit and enjoy the breezes and breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Patio furniture includes a chair and lounge and a dining table with 2 chairs. The great room is equipped with a color TV w/ DVD player and furnished with a new queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat and an easy chair. Wicker coffee and end tables add warmth to the room and make relaxing and feeling right at home a breeze. Enjoy dining at the new whitewashed dining table or at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances as well as all the utensils, linens, and small appliances (coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cookware, dinnerware) necessary for your dining and entertainment needs. The master suite offers a king size bed, private bath with a large walk-in shower, and cable TV. On cool nights sleep with the windows open and the sound of the ocean waves will put you to sleep. The guest bedroom is furnished with a stylish bunk bed which has a full mattress on the bottom, twin mattress on top, and a pull-out single trundle hidden under the bed. Relax to the mesmerizing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean, swim in the pool, lounge under the palms with your favorite book, surf, fish, play shuffleboard, stroll casually for miles or just be lazy.
