Villa Matcar is a luxury four bedroom villa, sleeping a total of eleven, just three miles from Albufeira.
The villa is surrounded by Sir Cliff Richard’s vineyards and open countryside with views to the sea and it is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainment and sport. The Algarve Shopping Centre is approximately quarter of a mile away. The centre has a multi-screen cinema, bowling alley, thirty two restaurants and bars and numerous shops. Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one family bedroom. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and heaters for the cooler winter months. There is one bathroom, two shower rooms and a separate WC. The sitting room is spacious and has a real fire, satellite television, video player, DVD player and CD player. There are plenty of board games and DVDs and in addition the villa has a table tennis table. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. The pool is surrounded by extensive sunny terraces and play areas. There is a fresh water outside shower. There is a large covered barbecue area with outside fridge and furniture for al fresco dining. There is a large roof terrace which runs the length of the villa. There is maid service throughout the week
