This beautiful home offers a gorgeous view of the seasonal pond and a glimpse of the top of Cape Kiwanda to the north. A master bedroom with a king size bed and twin sleeper sofa, a queen size bed with a double futon/twin bunk combo in the upstairs guest room, a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs den and a double sleeper sofa in the living room provides many sleeping options for family and friends. Interior finishes include tile floors, gas fireplace, TV's and DVD/VHS players in each bedroom and a gas BBQ. The lot borders our network of paved paths for convenient access to the beach. Be sure to take advantage of the four bikes and helmets included!
