This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath Cottage is located in the town of Colonial Beach just steps away from the water and within walking distance to the towns amenities. Just around the corner you will find Waterfront Restaurants, the town beach and the best “Coffee Shop” in the Northern Neck. For those who like to engage in outside activities you can rent: scooters, jet skis and let’s not forget golf carts. Yes... Colonial Beach is a Golf Cart Community, where you’ll see the locals riding around town by way of golf cart or for a much slower pace you can tour the town by trolley for only 25¢. Within a short drive outside the town there are many historic sites to visit, for example Ingleside Vineyards, Westmoreland Berry Farm & Orchard, Westmoreland State Park and the town of Tappahannok where you’ll find some of the best Antique Shops around. If you decide to spend the entire day in Colonial Beach you won’t be disappointed...its like you’ve slip back in time where the locals are always smiling and the pace is really slow.
