Property Description

Gulf view beachside condo. First floor, walk out from your screened lanai to gas grills, pool and beach. Top to bottom new interior with tropical "Tommy Bahama" style. Wireless internet throughout, even at the beach, and pool. Complimentary boarding pass printing kiosk at the clubhouse. Livingroom: 40 inch flat screen TV w/six speaker surround sound, DVD/VCR and CD/AM/FM. Master bedroom: King bed, 32 inch flat screen w/second DVD player, private bath with walk-in shower. Second Bedroom: Queen bed and single bed, 25 inch TV w/third DVD player, fm/cd player, private bath with tub shower.

Kitchen: Granite counters and stainless appliances. There are plentiful wine glasses, white dinnerware, and cookware.

All white, 100% cotton sheets, white towels, and beach towels. Board games, books, sand toys, & floats. You only need to pack your bathsuits and flip-flops!

Professionally cleaned and made up for your arrival.

Pointe Santo is directly beachfront. Heated pool, Whirlpool, Poolside clubhouse with rooftop sundeck.

Clubhouse open Sunday thru Friday. Activities for age 4 and up include: shelling, beach walks, shell crafts, childrens movie & pizza night.

Stainless gas grills and tiki picnic tables conveniently located around the property.

Free tennis courts w/ rackets for loan.
