Very Good Budget Place

Condo is a very nice and overall a great value and fit our needs. We stayed for 6 days, for $420 total. That includes all the fees. So about $70/night, which is a REALLY good price for a place with a kitchen in the Orlando Area. A lot of these items are really small in the big picture when you factor in the cost. So if you know that going in, it will meet your needs perfectly. This condo is in an Apartment complex. It is not a Timeshare, and you do not have other tourists around. So the area and atomosphere is of that where people live. Well maintained and such. Just not a lot of hustle and bustle. So good unless you want a pool with a lot of other kids for your little one to play with? Pros: 1. Clean and nicely appointed. Had everything you would expect or need in the condo unit 2. Unit is off the beaten path somewhat. It is within a 20 minute drive of the park, which is good, but you are not really close to everything. There is a Publix right down the street and a handful of other shops/restaurants. But you will need to drive 10-15 minutes to get to the areas with all the various restaurants. 3. First floor unit, so no walking up stairs. Cons: 1. Decor is a little dated. It is out of the late 80's. But it is okay. 2. Some of the rules and proceedures are a little problematic. Not a big deal, just a pain. Make sure to have TP, as you get one roll. Overall all this condo worked out great for us. We were looking for something inexpensive that had a full kitchen and was relatively close to the parks. It met all those needs. This is not a place for someone that would expect a high class environment. It is a little dated, and you do not have the hustle and bustle of activity or other tourists. But it is clean and has everything you need.

Nice Apt

The apartment is clean, well decorated, and has no creatures around. The neighborhood is peaceful. The glass door leads to a small patio with 2 patio chairs. The apartment floor above sqeaks and the apartment faces a parking lot, but it didn't keep us up mostly because we keep a small portable fan to block out any noise anyways. I recommend you do the same. Publix is close-by. This is a nice place if you are going to Orlando or Kissimmee, but you may not want to stay here if you plans include the ocean everyday. You will have about a 1 1/2 to 2 hour drive both ways if you want to. Perfect though for Orlando Kissimmee because you are separated from the chaos of the super busy area. Yet 1 exit away (on 4 west) is a mall and lots of restaurants including Bob Evans for b-fast and many great restaurants. At the corner by Publixs is Subway, Chinese food, Papa Johns. Opposite corner behind CVS is Pizza Hut, more Chinese, Dunkin Donuts. Down the block is Chili's. With-in 10 minutes is a super Wal-mart, Target, and much more. The area is nice. The apartment is nice. The owners were nice.
