Walk to restaurants, shopping, activities and Kam One Beach is 300 ft away. Ocean View & Great swimming Beach. You came to Maui to go to a great beach, not just look at the ocean. Some other condos have an ocean view, but the beach is not a good swimming beach. Our condo IS a Great location with great BEACH. Sunny Side of Maui at Kamaole Beach One.

This is the "Sunny Side" of Maui, also known as Maui's Gold Coast. We are located across from the beautiful white sands of Kamaole I Beach. There's even a grassy area at the south end for picnics and playing. Life guards, beach volley ball, restrooms, showers and more are found in this park. With only a short walk to many restaurants and shops, there's a variety of family dining to fine dining.

Our 4th floor condo is the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath floorplan at KBR. From both the living room and master bedroom lanai's, you will enjoy the 180 degree sweeping ocean views.

"7th Floor Heavenly Lounge & BBQ" The 7th story is a view deck - lounge with breathtaking views, dining, lounge furniture and state of the art BBQ's for your use. Dine while whale watching, sunset viewing & socalizing with guest from around the world.

Elevator, handycap friendly. One level - one floor with no steps. High speed internet in condo.

We are near shopping, restaurants, activities and one of the best Maui Beaches. North Kihei has wind, NO swimming beaches & is far from shopping and restaruants. Don't let a ocean view fool you. You want a good swimming beach, not just a view. You want to be near 'stuff' and not have to drive when you want to do anything. South Kihei is much better. Kamaole Beach Royale is a great location. I've owned other condo's on Maui & have been going there since 1983 and I Know that this IS the best location with everything you want including an ocean view, one level, elevator, 7th story view deck.
