The facade resembles original renderings by the architects of the Alexander Company, Krisel+Palmer. The interior boasts the exact layout of the original Alexander home, and the furnishings are all in the 1950's and 1960's modern style. Colors, fabrics and textures are all thoroughly and delightfully mid century down to the custom made bedspreads and iconic globe light fixtures. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, TV VCR, DVD and sliding glass doors to the large covered patio. It's sofa, coffee table and chairs make you feel like you have your own formal living room in your bedroom. The ensuite bathroom has a voluminous double Grohe shower head, large skylight and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and sliding glass door to a patio. The third bedroom has a full bed, nightstand, desk, desk chair and sliding glass door to a patio. The Great room has plenty of stylish modern seating, a gas fireplace and east-facing floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that let in plenty of Palm Springs' sunshine. For your entertainment, the great room has a TV, DVD and stereo system with speakers in almost every room of the home.
