Venice Oasis Architectural Home: This spacious 3 bedroom architectural beach house and guesthouse, designed by noted architect John Porter, is the ultimate Venice hideaway. In the heart of Venice, located on a quiet one-way street, stop by the French Market Cafe for coffee and croissants, then stroll 15-20 minutes through the scenic canals to the beach! The famous Abbot Kinney is just steps away. With vaulted wood ceilings and plenty of skylights, it’s bright and airy, totally relaxing… The house has a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a private deck, perfect for al fresco dining. The tropical garden is a tranquil setting, great for a picnic or sitting by the fire pit BBQ. Wireless high speed internet, beache towels, and utilities are included. All towels and linen are included as well. Dogs will be considered with an additional cleaning fee and deposit. $1000 refundable security deposit plus $175 cleaning fee for 3 bedrooms, $150 for 2 bedrooms and $75 for one bedroom/bath suite.
