The Spacious living room/kitchen/dining area is open concept. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated May 2009 with new cupboards, granite countertops, new appliances. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.

For your entertainment and enjoyment there are 3 T.V.s, the main T.V. is 46 in Sony HDTV with DVR and HD channels, DVD

Have your breakfast on the balcony, relax with a complimentary daily newspaper delivered to your door. A view of the beach and gulf what a way to start the day!

Lounge around the pool (heated during cool months) on a relaxing lounge chair, a spectacular view of the gulf and lush tropical plantings around the pool....this is what Florida is all about!

If you want to leave your beach towels at home we will provide them as well. If you enjoy spending time at the beach, there are cushioned beach lounge chairs and umbrellas available to rent. There is a closet that contains beach toys and beach chairs.

A great selection of restaurants and shopping in the area. Try the Frog Pond, E&E Stakeout , Guppy's and Bone Fish Grill just to mention a few restaurants. For shopping there is Tyrone Mall, Ellenton Outlet, Bealls, Marshalls etc.
