Our vacation home in The Springs in Green Valley is completely refurnished and ready for you to move in and enjoy all that southern Arizona has to offer. The townhome is located on a corner lot just one block from one of the newest Green Valley recreation centers, three blocks from a 24-acre park w/ a 1 mile paved walking trail near the 11th hole of the Torres Blancas Golf Course. With over 1100 sq. ft. of space our open concept townhome lhas a new 26" LCD color TV w/DVD/VCR player and a stereo with radio/CDplayer, two rocker/recliners and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an LCD TV . The guest room has a queen size bed. There are two full bathrooms. There are two portable phones, cable TV, high speed internet, and a printer ready for your computer. The large dining room table seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances, bakeware, pots, pans, and table service. Added In 2008 were a new smooth cooktop range, water heater and water softener . A new dishwasher and garbage disposal were installed in 2009. All bedding and linens are provided. Enjoy an outdoor meal on the patio with table and chairs, and gas grill. You'll find the washer and dryer conveniently located right outside the kitchen in our 1 1/2 car garage. Other great features of our townhome are 9-ft. ceilings, quarry tile and carpet throughout, central heat and A/C, and many large windows for great views. Please, no smoking or pets.
