A well equipped kitchenette offers a large refrigerator, micro, 2 burner hotplate, coffeemaker, hotpot, toaster, rice cooker, electric skillet, all pots and pans needed for easy meal preparations and dining table with chairs. Outside, a nice private tropical sitting area, complete with umbrella, table and chairs invite you for relaxation. Just a short walk (1 1/2 blocks) brings you to Kailua Beach. A 15 minute walk and you are in the middle of Kailua Town with shops and restaurants. Close to Bus Stop. Private parking on property allows added convenience.
