View of the 3 ski areas from the front window. Sugarbush, Sugarbush North and Mad River Glen. Beautiful fall foliage view. Swimming is 5 min. by car to the Mad River - swimming in river.
Shallow - with diving off rocks in middle,. Swimming at Warren Falls. Swimming in two public pools.

All within 10 min. of chalet. Many great restaurants all within 10 min. of house. Mad River Valley is lovely summer and winter.
Fall is exquisite.

The house is in really good condition.
