The condominium is located on the 9th floor of a beautiful, well-kept condominium building on Sand Key. Both bedrooms and the great room have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, while the kitchen overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway. Watch sailboats and dolphins swimming from your kitchen, and view breathtaking sunsets right from your patio. The wide sandy beach is perfect for strolling, shelling, or just relaxing. Crescent Beach Club has a large outdoor heated swimming pool and patio area directly on Sand Key Beach.

The town of Clearwater Beach is a short five-minute drive (also accessible by trolley) and offers a variety of shops, restaurants, beach bars, and charter fishing. Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport is less than a twenty-five minute drive, and Tampa International Airport and Mall are 40-45 minutes away. Tampa boasts one of the nation’s finest aquariums, Busch Gardens, and the Hard Rock Casino.
This property was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the spectacular views of the Gulf. We would go to sleep to the sounds of the waves, and wake to the sounds of the waves. The moonlight glistened on the Gulf beautifully and there was a constant breeze. The sunsets from the balcony amazing...The entire property was maintained well, both inside and out. The pool was immaculate and the private beach area full of clean, white sand. Owners definitely ensured that our stay was relaxing--with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella's, coolers, several maps and tourist information etc. The location was excellent and we found the Jolley Trolley system the best means to get around locally. Additionally, the decor and amenities in the condo were wonderful--and contained all the comforts of home....nice great room, dining room, bedrooms, baths, kitchen, laundry and balcony. I would highly recommend this property ! You will be pleased !
