Our vacation rental is very comfortable, cheery, and homey all for $40 per night! It is actually in-law quarters attached to our home but with no interior access between dwellings, just its own private outside entrance. It has a kitchen, a bedroom area section and a living room area section. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, no tub, a laundry section and shelving, plus a spare hairdryer. Both the bathroom and bedroom windows have privacy blinds that open from the top to let light in. The walk-in closet has a hanging bar, dresser drawers, and shelving with plenty of room for clothes in addition to the linens, iron, and floor fan we keep in there for your convenience. The living room area has a double-sized futon, coffee table, faux wood stove heater, and entertainment center with books, games, and of course a TV. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, glass-top stove with oven, sink, and cabinets. The cute cafe table seats two and is well-placed by a window. There is plenty of light, both natural and artificial. The French door entrance leads to a small patio and fully fenced grassy yard. It is separately fenced from our own yard although we do access that section for gardening and items stored in our storage shed. We live in a great safe neighborhood, close to everything, and family-friendly. We are less than five miles from the area's major freeway entrances (240, 82, & 395) which makes it easy to navigate anywhere in the Tri-Cities which includes Pasco, Richland, Kennewick, and West Richland. We are also less than five miles from the Columbia Center Mall, the Columbia River, major shopping, multiple grocery stores and banks, the Toyota Center (Toyota Arena & Three Rivers Convention Center), and much more. The Trac Center in Pasco is less than 10 miles away and like most spots in the Tri-Cities you can get there in 15 minutes or less.
