This luxurious and spacious one bedroom, one bathroom condo was completey remodeled in 2006. The remodel consisted of all new furniture, plumbing, paint, electrical, hardwood and travertine flooring, granite and marble counter tops, travertine wainscot, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facility and decking. Rockaway Luxury #1 has the highest attention to detail provided for a very luxurious vacation!

The generous sized bedroom has a king bed, and there is queen size lazy boy sofa bed in living room. Hence, the unit will sleep four with plenty of room to spare.

Off of the master bedroom is a large roof top deck with ocean views. The deck also has table, chairs, and a BBQ. At night you can take pleasure in watching the stars from the deck while listening to the waves crash!

Have breakfast at the new breakfast bar and enjoy dinner on the roomy deck while watching the sunset over the ocean. You can bask in the sun on the deck with privacy or go to the beach and play in the ocean and sand. This second floor condo is the sixth property away from the ocean, so the walk to the beach is short!

Watch TV on one of the two 32 inch flat panel televisions or bring your lap top computer and surf the internet on high speed cable.

Rockaway Luxury #1 also has a stacked washer/dryer in the unit for your use. But, the condo does not have a kitchen table, only the breakfast bar and outside table.

This unit also has an attached one car garage that fits small to mid size vehicles.

This unit can be rented with Rockaway Luxury #2, the two bedroom, one bathroom ground floor unit that can sleep six.
