Property Description

This is a charming cottage on over 100 acres. There are spectacular views over the Hudson Valley, beautiful woodlands with trails, and lots of wildlife. The cottage has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom is in the Summer Room, which is detached from the main house, and is connected to the cottage by a deck. The cottage's kitchen is equiped with pots, pans and utensils. All linens are provided and a there is a washer and dryer. Leaf season is gorgeous here. This place is private, cozy, and romantic. There is a covered patio with sweeping views across the Hudson Valley. (For better photos, click on our website below.) The Berkshires and Tanglewood are nearby and so is antiquing in Hudson. There are lots of local museums and historical sites. The property is located east of the Taconic Parkway in Columbia County, a little over two hours from NYC.

Rates

  • September is $2200 or $800 per week
  • September two weeks for $1400
  • Oct. 1-15 is $850 per week. Leaf Season
  • The rest of 2009 is rented.
  • Rentals restart in Spring 2010
  • There is a $50 cleaning fee for each rental.
  • We do require a refundable security deposit
