The first floor of this open-concept villa includes an elegant dining room with seating for six, a well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, and a spacious living room with hidden double bed that will accommodate two extra people. The live Chakaah tree and blue tiled wall fountain make this gathering area a truly unique space. Combining business with pleasure? If you have brought along your laptop, you can access the intenet here, through a wireless service provider. Wonderful wrought iron art work decorates the walls throughout and a set of three glass sliders allow views of and access to the private pool and yard beyond.
The first bedroom can be found just off of this great room, complete with comfortable king bed. Just around the corner from this ground floor bedroom is the first of three full bathrooms.
Climbing a magnificent open mahogany staircase you will arrive at the second level of Casa Chakaah.
On this floor you will find two handsomely furnished master suites with queen bed accommodations, quality hand-crafted louvered mahogany closets and shelving and oversized en suite baths. One master bathroom has an amazing hand-tiled tub and double sinks at the vanity.
Some of your favorite time spent at Casa Chakaah will no doubt be in the backyard patio and around the tiled pool. There is lots of room on the deck to lounge in a chaise, enjoy a tasty meal al fresco that you have grilled on the backyard charcoal barbecue, or slip into the water and have a swim. Steps in the shallow end allow easy entrance to the pool that gradually deepens to just over five foot.
