This 3 year old luxury home situated on the shores of pristine Nicola Lake has been designed with the outdoors in mind and is ideal for family holidays. Set on a private 1 acre treed lot with 140 feet of waterfront, there is a small sandy beach perfect for swimming or launching a canoe. The lake has numerous public boat launches. The great room has 30 feet of folding doors that open onto a large terrace. A portion of the terrace is covered and incorporates a wonderfully luxurious and relaxing living room appointed with modern Dedon furniture and includes an outdoor kitchen with two BBQ's. The interior of the home includes the ultimate in luxury with no expense spared. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed and private. There are 4 bedrooms on the main level, the master bedroom has a queen bed with a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding hills. One guest bedroom has a queen bed with lake view and the other 2 twin beds or a king with partial lake view. The kids bedroom has 2 twin and 2 loft beds with a ships ladder leading up to a large loft/playroom. The great room has reclaimed chinese elm flooring throughout while the cathedral ceiling and skylights provide an open atmosphere. The dining area has an expandable table that seats up to 10 and a 4 seater breakfast bar. There is a wood burning fireplace, 37 inch wall mounted flat screen tv with satellite and dvd player all with surround sound. The kitchen has a band new stainless steel dishwasher, wine fridge, fridge with french doors and jennair range. There is a small office adjacent to the living room. The master bathroom has a sunken air jet tub that seats 2 and a shower with rain head as well as 2 extra adjustable shower heads.
