The cottage is situated directly across the street from the river, and down the road from entrances to Calgary's amazing river pathway system, Bowmont Environmental Reserve, and Bowness Park. The house has a huge yard with completely fenced backyard, suitable for children and pets. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house, both with queen sized beds, and a charming studio space in the backyard, complete with bed and sitting area. This studio opens up to a 6 person hot tub, with cascading branches of the old trees in the backyard.
