The living room is about 14 by 19 feet, with a queen sofa bed, love seat and sofa. Air hockey game, dvd, vcr, stereo, cable tv, peek a view of the lake and a french door with blinds to turn this into an extra private sleeping area. The rest of the house is divided down the centre with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the left and a large open dining room kitchen entry way on the right. Small patio out back and a bar patio out front. Sleeps nine comfortably. Security deposit required No smoking in the house No pets The home is 3 bedrooms, and well maintained. The kitchen has new granite counters and cabinets recently. As well we have tiled the entire kitchen /living area in cermaic making it our little Mexican Casita getaway at the lake. There is a full bathroom with tub and washer dryer, Microwave, stove, Full size fridge. Picnic table out back in the patio area. The front has a patio with bar area with a peek a view of the lake. We are not right on the water but the house across the street from the houses on the water. The access is 3 house right or 3 left either way. About a minute walk to the beach and dock area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two singles that you can push together and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and double on the bottom. The living room is about 19 by 14 and is post and beam style with a sofa bed , a regular sofa and love seat. This room has a french door so you can separate it for privacy for sleeping. There is an air hockey table and lots of board games. Basic cable with the television and a stereo c/d system. Clock radios in all rooms. It is a home basically. Just bring your personal items and move in. Linens and towels (beach towels as well) are included.
