Our cabin is located in Northeastren Pennsylvania on 20 private acres, and borders Ricketts Glen State Park. This state park offers beautiful views year round. Whether you would like to hike the waterfall trails, rent a kayak on Lake Jean, or curl up with a good book on the sandy beach of the lake, we have the peace and quiet you have been dreaming about! Our modern cabin can accomodate up to six people. It comes with all the comforts of home including a fireplace. There is also the opportunity for great mountain biking, xc ountry skiing , snow shoeing , and trail running. There is a guide available for these activities for a reasonable rate.

Great Cabin
What a great cabin, clean,comfy, great location and secluded. We came in the rain they had board games cards and trivia , so thoughtful. The kitchen has everything we needed. There was even dry firewood for the next day.We would love to come here again next year. The Millard Family

Great Cabin-Wonderful Experience
I was a bit doubtful in renting from someone I had never met. Jeff made the whole experience a pleasure. I would rent from him again. The cabin was beautiful and the accommodations not only clean, but very well designed. The kitchen had more things in it then we could use in a week. The first morning we watched a deer walk through the woods as we ate our breakfast. Chipmunks ran around and were so cute. It had a bathtub and full washer and dryer. It was so easy to settle in and so hard to leave. Located right next to the park made it ideal for going on the hikes in the area. You can even go hunting in the winter. On a personal note, he even left flowers as it was our honeymoon. It made us feel so welcomed and was just one more way that he made this a great experience.I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Enjoyable Stay!
This cabin is a great find. Clean and comfortable! The firepit was good fun, and we used it to cook most of our meals. Ricketts Glen State Park has fantastic hiking and beautiful scenery, and the nearby Ricketts Glen Motel has great "classic Pennsylvania" food. I would definitely rent this cabin again and refer to friends.

Quiet and Relaxing
My family of 5 and I normally stay at the State park cabins but we waited until the last minute and were fortunate to find this great cabin. The location was perfect very close to the park. We hiked the firetower trail, one of our favorites, what a view with no leaves on the trees! It sure was nice to come back to the cabin and warm up next to the fireplace. We will be back.

"Relaxing Retreat in Beautiful Northeast Pennsylva
"Relaxing Retreat in Beautiful Northeast Pennsylvania" The cabin is secluded in a quite, peaceful area but is still conveniently located near restaurants and a country store. The cabin is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful state park nearby with great fishing, recreation, etc. I am looking forward to returning there next year.

Our week at rental cabin (July 31 to August 7)
Cabin and outside were as shown on the website pictures. Cabin was found clean and kitchen stocked. Very close to Ricketts Glen, which is where we had our vacation planned. Trail in woods behind cabin. Excellent outdoor firepit area. Lots of outdoor chairs for seating. Would rent the cabin again from Jeff and refer to friends. Can't go wrong with the price.
