The villa is on Hacienda Del Alamo, one of the newest and most prestigious golf developments in the Murcia region. A traditional Spanish style, fully furnished villa. There is heating / air conditioning throughout. The house has front garden access to the rooftop cupola terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The lounge area has a TV with access to cable and a CD player and radio. There is a cafe and small children’s playground near the entrance to the resort. The club house has a top quality restaurant. Golf Course Hacienda Del Alamo is a championship golf course designed by Dave Thomas and endorsed by Miguel Ángel Jiménez. There is an excellent golf academy, practice course and a two storey driving range. If you fancy a game of tennis there are courts available. Location The resort is 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron yet surrounded by mountains and farmlands. There are nice family friendly beaches at Mazarron. Alternatively the seaside resort of La Manga del Mar Menor is 40 minutes by car. Cartagena, Spain's largest naval base has plenty of shops and is only a 15 minute drive away. Fuente Alamo is 5 minute drive and has all the necessary supermarkets, banks etc with an interesting market on Saturdays. The excellent restaurants of Murcia, the 10th largest city in Spain are only 25 mins away by car.
