Many of our houses have already been booked for Spring Break 2013. They do not last long!

This lovely home is one of several we own. It is located just one block off the beach near everything--including Frank Brown Park, Shipwreck Island, and of course the beach.This house is less than three years old and has plenty of room to spread out. It is fully furnished, so the only things you need to bring are your clothes and toothbrush. No need to wait for the elevator to the 37th floor. You park directly in front of this very comfortable home. Located within walking distance is a grocery store, several restaurants, amusement park, game room, and skating rink. Pier Park is just down the road, and the baseball/softball park is only one block over. YES--Responsible 18-year olds are welcome, but you MUST limit your group to no more than six people. Need more than one house? No problem! We can often put you in side-by-side houses, but certainly close to each other.
