Located just below the medieval Castle of Montecchio and surrounded by Tuscan olive groves and with wide views on the Val di Chiana, is this restored stone farnhouse, furnished by Alberto and Lucia in typical countryside style. The farmhouse is divided in 2 apartments “Il Nespolo” (Medlar Tree) and “L’Olivo” (Olive Tree) which can accommodate 12 persons in total. The property is located in the area surrounding Cortona and it is a perfect location as the main Tuscan and Umbrian towns are easily reached from here. There is a swimming pool 5x10 available to the guests, with wrought iron garden furniture and a large garden. The agriturismo produces high quality olive oil and has a large vineyard and vegetable patch. It is possible to participate both in the harvest of the grapes and of the olives.
