Over 2,200 square feet make it great for family reunions; you have five full bathrooms, four bedrooms (two of which are part of two private suites with their own living rooms with either double size sofa bed or futon.) Beds: 3 Q, 2 Dbl (futon and/or sofa bed), 2 T. Attractively furnished with amenities including beach pass to use during your stay. WiFi. Total of three living rooms with a TV and VCR or DVD player in each. Two popular game rooms with pool table, air hockey and foosball. Stone patio with chairs, picnic table, gas grill. Off street parking for four autos. Easy walk for children to either beach. Veteran's Beach is 1/10 mile (528 ft); Kalmus Beach is 2/10 mile.
