Great birding & wildlife viewing on the more than 20 acres behind the cottage.

There is much history to explore; both pre and post Revolutionary War. 40 miles to Burlington, VT., 50 miles to Montreal, Canada.,or Plattsburgh, NY. Also, Howard is a Vermont Justice of the Peace, and can perform Weddings and Civil Unions.
